Course Description
This course is designed for practitioners who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills in the interpretation of medical images, and is jointly validated by the College of Radiographers. It provides support for developing service requirements for reporting radiographers and other healthcare practitioners at consultant and advanced practitioner levels. The aims of the programme and learning outcomes of modules encompass the four pillars of advanced clinical practice as described by Health Education England, namely: management, leadership, education and research.
The teaching team, which includes consultant radiologists and reporting radiographers (advanced practitioners/consultant radiographers), has specialist knowledge and research interests in the range of subject areas offered.
The team has been commended for its use of research to inform learning and teaching, as well as for the degree of flexibility – meeting both student and stakeholder needs.

Degree at 2.2 or above or Professional Diploma in Radiography or its equivalent in a relevant discipline. Applicants must be a registered practitioner with at least two years' professional practice and post- registration development.
Two references, one from the applicant's potential Radiologist Mentor. A letter of support from the workplace. Applicants may also be required to attend an interview.

For students staying in student halls, costs of water, gas, electricity, wifi are generally included in the rental. Founded in 1962, Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) has two campuses for Undergraduates, with one being located in the urban setting of the town of Canterbury, Kent and the other in Medway.
