Course Description
As with all our Mechanical Engineering degree courses, our Systems option isn’t just designed to teach you the practical and technical aspects of the subject. It also allows you to get involved in solving problems facing businesses in the real world, using the pioneering ‘Concept, Design, Implementation and Operation’ (CIDO) approach. You will gain key employability skills and be encouraged to take up placements, helping you to go straight into employment upon completion of your studies. On completion of the course you'll be skilled in professional engineering practice and prepared to work as an effective, industry-ready engineer who is on track to become a Chartered Engineer.

A typical offer would be BBB at A- Level or BTEC DDM. Requirement for a numerate subject at Level 3 (e.g Maths, Physics Computer Science) and 5 GCSEs Grade 4/C or above including English, Maths and Science Please see our website for information

Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016)
Including a relevant subject/science @ C or above (80 UCAS tariff points)
Access to HE Diploma
31-30 overall or 665-655 in 3 HL subjects.

London costs approx 34% more than average, mainly due to rent being 67% higher than average of other cities. For students staying in student halls, costs of water, gas, electricity, wifi are generally included in the rental. About Canterbury Christ Church University
Founded in 1962, Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) has two campuses for Undergraduates, with one being located in the urban setting of the town of Canterbury, Kent and the other in Medway.
