Course Description

The programme provides a high quality learning experience that will continue to develop highly skilled, flexible and creative early years practitioners, trainers, leaders and managers. You will acquire confidence in your professional role and meet the challenges of change and innovation in early childhood practice, lifelong learning and diversity. You will also develop an understanding of theories, concepts and debates surrounding the topics explored in the individual modules.

This one year Top Up degree, is aimed at anyone who has already achieved 240 credits, for example if you have completed a Foundation degree of HND.

This Top up degree is validated by the University of Hull

80 UCAS Tariff Points- from at least 2 GCE A Levels or BTEC National qualifications Access to HE Diploma in an related programme with at least 45 credits at Level 3 Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) We welcome applications from people of any age who might not meet the standard entry criteria, but we would expect to see evidence of continuing academic and/or professional development and a capacity to pursue the course successfully. If your application is successful, you may be invited to attend an interview to discuss your ability and suitability for the course. THIS CAN BE DONE AS A DAY OR EVENING COURSE.
