How you learn All our courses are designed around a set of key principles based on engaging you with the world, collaborating with others, challenging you to think in new ways, and providing you with a supportive environment in which you can thrive.

This course is based around the final year of the main Business and Human Resource Management degree. It emphasises the real-world application of business and HR theory, and is designed alongside industry partners, students and professional associations to create employable graduates. Along with learning the core principles of HR management, you'll also develop an understanding of traditional operational management and business concepts.

Your qualification should include relevant HRM-related content in year one and year two. or • 120 year one and 120 year two credits, with an overall mark of 55 per cent or above, from a relevant business degree or equivalent. Your qualification should include relevant HRM-related content in year one and year two.
