Course summary:

Examine environmental, financial, political and social issues in international real estate.

Gain practical knowledge and skills in areas such as finance, property valuation and investment.

Develop your business acumen, employability and study skills.
On this course you’ll develop the core skills and knowledge relevant to most areas of property management and construction. Areas of study include building studies, sustainability for the built environment, project planning, law, finance and economics, and the impact of environmental issues in relation to business property.
