Course Description

Our MSc Advanced Nursing programme is carefully designed to advance nursing practice and improve patient care. You'll explore dimensions of advanced nursing in national and international contexts, extending your knowledge in the delivery of excellent nursing care.

A natural progression from your BSc, the MSc Advanced Nursing builds on your skills and specialist knowledge, giving you a deeper understanding and leading to wider career opportunities within health care. We have excellent links with local NHS Trusts and many of our graduates progress into advanced nursing positions.

We're proud of our award-winning community of nurses at the University of Nottingham. In 2019, one of our MSc Advanced Nursing graduates was named post-registration 'Student of the Year' for their commitment to their academic studies and service development.

For students staying in student halls, costs of water, gas, electricity, wifi are generally included in the rental. Students in smaller cities where accommodation is in walking/biking distance transport costs tend to be significantly smaller.
