Course Description

Gain technical knowledge and hands-on experience of practical brewing. We'll give you the skills to innovate, problem solve, and carry out robust scientific experiments. You will be taught by expert teaching staff and specialist brewing practitioners.

Learn at the International Centre for Brewing Science and make use of our specialist flavour research laboratories. Conduct your own practical research project, applying the concepts, theories and methodologies covered in the course.
