Our Management (International Business) MSc combines forward-thinking theory with practical skills. You will study general management principles with a focus on international business activities across national boundaries. When you graduate, you’ll be ready to work as a manager in the global employment market.

You can apply to do a company-based dissertation, working with an external organisation. Recent dissertation projects include a feasibility study for a diet food programme with a national firm.

Entry Requirements / Admissions

Overall IELTS score of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each component, or equivalent.

Minimum 2:1 undergraduate honours degree or an approved professional qualification.

If you're an international student who does not meet the entry requirements for this course, you have the opportunity to apply for a pre-masters programme in Business, Social Sciences and Humanities at the University of Sheffield International College. This course is designed to develop your English language and academic skills. Upon successful completion, you can progress to degree level study at the University of Sheffield.

For students staying in student halls, costs of water, gas, electricity, wifi are generally included in the rental. Students in smaller cities where accommodation is in walking/biking distance transport costs tend to be significantly smaller.
