The aim of the degree is to enhance your capacity to manage, lead, change and improve public services. This programme provides professional development for those working in the broad field of public services management, or those wishing to develop a career in that area; the programme is particularly relevant for those individuals involved in the delivery and management of services; it focuses on the organisational and governmental context within which public services are delivered, and the skills required for successful administration of public service programmes; the programme promotes shared learning across sectors (public, private, non-profit) within an international context. It reflects the current public service modernisation agenda and aims to equip you to make a practical difference in the delivery of public services programmes and agendas.
