Course Description
This programme allows students to devise and develop a creative project in the fields of theatre, film and television under the supervision of appropriate members of staff. In addition to a portfolio of creative work, students will also produce an analytic thesis on the substantive intellectual issues entailed in the project and a reflective log or portfolio relating to the creative process. The programme is founded on 3 main components: An academic dissertation; a professional portfolio or reflective journal and a portfolio of creative work. The combination of creative work, portfolio and academic dissertation ensures that candidates will have to prove both their critical and practical skills.
