Course Description
Please note: the Integrated International Foundation year of this course will be taught at our UCA Farnham Campus. You would then transfer to our UCA Canterbury campus for the remaining three years of the course
Your journey to becoming a qualified architect begins here on our fully validated and accredited BA (Hons) Architecture (ARB/RIBA Part 1) degree course at UCA Canterbury. Within a lively, progressive and creative environment, you’ll be designing new buildings and considering the world around you from the outset.
On this course, we'll challenge you to become highly skilled in technical drawing and design. You’ll also be encouraged to consider how architecture can have a wider impact on the world – from its immediate surroundings and social contexts, right through to the human body.
Architecture is an ever-evolving subject and in the fast-paced construction industry, there will always be a need for professionals who can provide innovative solutions to the new and undiscovered challenges.
