Course Description

Begin your journey to becoming a highly skilled technical artist and innovator for VFX for films and animations on our BA (Hons) Visual Effects degree course at UCA Farnham.

On this course, you will gain an in-depth working knowledge of a range of computer graphics techniques and methodologies used in the production of professional computer animation and visual effects production pipelines.

You’ll build an individual style to take with you as you build your technical skills, learn about client briefs and requirements as you discover your role as an emerging VFX professional, and undertake trips to major international centres of Visual Effects to prepare for your career in the industry.

We'll teach you how to effectively use industry-relevant software tools that drive the production of film, television, game, and creative technology experiences, while also developing a language for criticality and creative expression.
