Course Description
The BSc (Hons) Cybersecurity seeks to address the shortage of cybersecurity professionals in the industry. The programme is delivered by a dedicated team of cybersecurity experts and active researchers. Using cutting edge and leading teaching and training techniques the course helps candidates to realise the unique complexity and challenges associated with information security and post-incident analysis techniques in a highly dynamic and constantly evolving threat landscape in a blended programme that amalgamates both management and hands-on skills.
The course will provide the foundations to understand and analyse threats actors, multistage cyber attacks and proper controls in place to mitigate their risks and impact in alignment with the information security strategies and policies imposed. The course is fully aligned to BCS, CESG and IISP requirements.
