Course overview

  • Our online MSc Food Safety Management course provides a fascinating and comprehensive focus on important areas of HACCP auditing, foodborne disease, food safety hazards and the effective management of food safety. It’s ideal if you are in the food industry, enforcement and education and want to develop your knowledge and skills in a food safety career.

  • Led by an enthusiastic team of researchers and renowned experts in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and food integrity, this course is delivered fully online and includes live webinars, full tutor support, online interactions with peers and access to up-to-date course materials.

A recognised undergraduate degree or overseas equivalent or NVQ level 5. Other professional qualifications or experience in a food related field may be considered and enquiries should be made to the Course Leader. Suitable level of proficiency in relation to IT. For students whose first language is not English, we require a minimum of one of the following: A grade C in the Cambridge Proficiency Certificate in English OR A minimum score of 6.5 in IELTS OR A score of 600 in TOEFL, with an average 4.0 in the test for written English

For students staying in student halls, costs of water, gas, electricity, wifi are generally included in the rental.
