A recognised undergraduate degree or overseas equivalent or NVQ level 5. Other professional qualifications or experience in a food related field may be considered and enquiries should be made to the Course Leader. Suitable level of proficiency in relation to IT. For students whose first language is not English, we require a minimum of one of the following: A grade C in the Cambridge Proficiency Certificate in English OR A minimum score of 6.5 in IELTS OR A score of 600 in TOEFL, with an average 4.0 in the test for written English
