Gain the skills you need to become a competent and advanced coach on our MSc Strength and Conditioning course. The programme mirrors the industry standards of British Weight Lifting and the UK Strength and Conditioning Association.
Our course is a dedicated distance learning postgraduate degree, which focuses on you as the practitioner. This award can be undertaken or completed in 2-3 years, depending on the number of modules taken each year.
It’s underpinned by science, which ensures a balance between academic theory and field-based coaching skills. All course material is delivered by experts in the field using innovative and interactive on-line methods whereby coaching science and approaches are shared, debated, and critiqued, all linked to relevant assessments to enhance your coaching expertise
