Key Course Facts

Course Description

Bringing together business with psychology to provide insight into working with people within the world of business and industry.

This is a cross-disciplinary course that merges theory and practice from the disciplines of business and psychology. By bringing together these two disciplines, you will develop a deeper understanding of how to maximise the performance of teams and individuals within organisational settings.

The psychological knowledge included in this programme will facilitate a deeper understanding of current issues affecting business and management, and will offer a different approach to solving these issues.

The merging of these two disciplines will enable you to stand out, not only by understanding the world of business, but also by understanding why people behave the way that they do. This programme offers all that a business degree should, but the psychological knowledge gained will complement your understanding of the working world, with individual differences and group processes taken into consideration.

The small group learning environment will enable you to have your say. The cross-disciplinary learning environment will have you debating from various perspectives. This is an exciting experience to be able to partake in a learning environment that is with individuals who share your views and perspective, as well as others that may open your mind to a different way of thinking.

You will have the opportunity to work with members of the local community to solve problems within their business area and learn to work with stakeholders on a one-to-one basis. The merging of these two disciplines is a way to experience how multi-disciplinary teams work together in advance of working in this type of environment in the workplace. Join our team and learn from various perspectives.
