Course Description
We’re interested in existing and emerging digital technologies and the role they play in transforming people's everyday lives.
You will develop the essential skills to identify and respond to people’s needs. You will use human-centred approaches to design to find out what people want and how to design the right products for them.
We promote a culture of ‘thinking through making’ and teach you techniques to prototype throughout the design process. You will have access to a variety of workshops, and you will work with a range of technologies including electronics, computer aided design, laser cutting, and 3D printing. You will also have a dedicated studio space to work in throughout the year.
Our graduates have gone on to work for organisations such as Dyson, Lego, Nokia, Mountain Equipment, Unilever, and the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design.
We have strong relationships with employers, including high profile organisations like Microsoft. Throughout the course you will build the kind of product design portfolio that employers are looking for.
