For students staying in student halls, costs of water, gas, electricity, wifi are generally included in the rental. About University of Exeter
The University of Exeter is a government funded research university based in Exeter, Devon, in the South-West region of England. The university has two campuses in Exeter, which are known as Streatham and St Luke’s, while another two are situated in the coastal town of Cornwall, known as Truro and Penryn.
