Course Description
CENTRAL & EAST EUROPEAN STUDIES: - You will study the history, economics, politics and sociology of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The University is a hub for a government-funded Centre of Excellence for Russian, Central & East European Studies, so there are cultural, social and academic events throughout the year. GEOGRAPHY: - Geography is the study of the surface of the Earth as the site of human living and working. It considers the variability in physical and human landscapes, along with the interrelationships binding them together. Our Honours programme is highly flexible and is a combination of core and optional courses. This allows you to tailor your option choices towards a wide range of potential careers.

Acceptable in appropriate subject area. Must have at least two thirds of modules passed with merit grade.

SQA applicants who achieve less than AAAAB by the end of S5 but achieved at least AABB MAY receive a conditional offer, but a decision will not be made on these applications until April once all applications have been reviewed. Conditional offers to these applicants will require them to achieve AAAAB cumulatively by the end of S6.

About University of Glasgow
