Course Description

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING WITH AERONAUTICS (5 year MEng programme): - This degree programme bridges the divide between aeronautics and mechanical engineering and thus provides its graduates with the cross disciplinary background needed to flourish in one of the most challenging engineering fields. You will benefit from our strong links with the aerospace industries. MEng students take part in a flight-testing course in a Jetstream aircraft.

Accredited by the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) on behalf of the Engineering Council for the purposes of fully meeting the academic requirement for registration as a Chartered Engineer.

The accredited MEng fully meets the exemplifying academic benchmark requirements, for registration as a Chartered Engineer (CEng).
