Course Description
Our mathematics with economics degree is designed to give you a sound knowledge of mathematics and economics for business.
Our mathematics courses are highly regarded, we are ranked 3rd in the UK in Mathematics for Student Satisfaction (Complete University Guide, 2022). They include our mathematics with economics degree, which will sharpen your ability to analyse and solve problems, and enable you to apply mathematics to real-life situations informed by economics. You will learn to use mathematical software and consider how economics-related problems can be solved through applied mathematics.
With a new understanding of logical analysis, deduction, modelling and calculation, you will have the kind of skills and knowledge many employers are looking for. You will be ready to pursue careers in a range of business and financial roles.
