Course Description

Learn to design, build and promote websites using best-practice techniques in this wide-ranging Master’s in Web Design and Content Planning.

Whether you already manage websites or you wish to start your own web business, this course offers the skills for careers in web design and digital content. You'll mix intellectual challenges with practical and technical skills as you learn to build websites in a professional, contemporary way. As part of the course, you'll create a live website and measure its success.

This MA Web Design and Content Planning focuses on the technical, functional and aesthetic approaches to website design. You'll learn about industry best practice for mark-up, compliance, user experience, information architecture, content strategy, accessibility, and search engine optimisation (SEO). This allows you to create and manage websites that provide a good user experience. The skills from this course are ideal for a growing field with fantastic opportunities.
