Year Zero foundation programme for Home/EU students that leads to access onto the single honours Nursing degree programme,

Entry Requirements / Admissions

Qualification requirements

It is essential that applicants research their preferred profession thoroughly and must show evidence of a good understanding of the scope of practice of that profession, preferably indicated by observational experience.

Experience in a paid or voluntary capacity or working with the general public, children, the elderly or people with special needs will also help to strengthen an application.

Diagnostic Radiography and Radiotherapy candidates

Must complete a Clinical Observational Visit and submit a Diagnostic Radiography Clinical Visit Form or a Radiotherapy Clinical Visit Form to the Admissions Unit at [email protected] prior to submitting a UCAS application.

Veterinary Science candidates

Must have undertaken a minimum of 2 weeks work experience, to include: 1 weeks work experience in a Veterinary Practice and 1 week on a commercial farm/stables/kennels or cattery.

Requirements for international students / English requirements

IELTS academic test score (similar tests may be accepted as well)
