Course Description

Gain detailed knowledge of the science and technology of food, and develop the ability to provide industry and governments with an understanding of the science underpinning food safety and quality. Study topics such as food chemistry, microbes, food safety and health, sensory science, food product reformulation and industrial challenges.<MS&&>
