Course Description
Study the scientific principles of physical education and sport, with applied practical activities while developing your expertise in the classroom; all with the support of a strong partnership between the University and your placement school.
We have uniquely designed our PE Education course to enable you to gain a basic knowledge in an additional STEM specialism throughout your 3 years. You will also develop the awareness and ability to transfer these skills and teach in 2 subject areas across the STEM curriculum.
After 3 years of study, you will graduate as a teacher, qualified to teach PE and 1 other STEM subject. This will not only make you a highly desirable teacher, but will develop your confidence in teaching across the curriculum
