Computing Sciences at Sussex gives you the skills needed to succeed in a constantly evolving industry that's revolutionising our lives.

Our Foundation Year prepares you for continued study in computing subjects. By learning about database and application development, object-oriented programming and programming design, you develop necessary mathematics and study skills, as well as basic programming skills.

After completing your Foundation Year, you can focus on Computer Science or combine it with subjects such as Business and Management, Digital Media or Artificial Intelligence.

About University of Sussex

The University of Sussex is a publicly funded research university based in Falmer, Brighton. The university is surrounded by South Downs National Park, which makes it the only English university to be situated in a National Park. Sussex also formed part of the 1994 Group, a coalition of research-intensive universities in the UK which was dissolved in 2013.
