Course Description

This programme will provide an in depth knowledge of a wide range of aspects of policing combined with the study of Criminology where the student will look at crime, why people commit crime, what deters people from crime, policing of crime and the legal penal system.

What You Will Learn

Programme content: As a student of Policing and Criminology, BSc you will study the following course modules.


The course will be assessed by a mixture of written coursework and exams. Each module is worth 20 credits which would equal two assessments per module with the equivalent of a 2000 word assignment or an exam per 10 credits.
