Course Description

Advertising and public relations professionals are increasingly in demand. The development of new technologies has opened up creative opportunities for publicity with companies needing skilled professionals to help promote them.

This advertising course is designed to prepare you for this exciting, fast-paced world of communications. It will help you to develop core skills in communications strategy, creative development, marketing analysis and digital media.

The course has an entrepreneurial ethos, and you will be encouraged to learn through initiative, experimentation and teamwork. On any given day, you may start the morning discussing the psychology of advertising and end the day working with fellow students to make a video for a social media platform.
