The Fashion Institute of Technology, often abbreviated to FIT, is a publicly funded college based in Manhattan, New York City. FIT forms a part of the State University of New York (SUNY). With an enrollment of roughly 8,555 students, its campus consists of nine buildings which are home to design workshops, laboratories, and television and radio studios.
