Student Reviews for Rose Bruford College
- Student satisfaction:
- 4.0 (based on 71 student reviews)
“I spent three years studying American Theatre Arts with RBC, and it was a time of not only getting exceptional training in acting, but I also learned to carry that new confidence with me outside of the college. Anybody who is serious about acting should sign up, they won’t be disappointed.”
“The saddest thing about my time at RBC is that it had to end. The teaching staff at this college are passionate about their subject, and they want to see you succeed. On many occasions I was able to ask for advice with my coursework and career direction, and everybody took the time to give me their informed opinions.”
About Rose Bruford College
PROS
- The RBC campus provides students with modern facilities, including spaces for recording TV commercials, areas for photoshoots, and workshops for prop and costume design.
- Thanks to their student accommodation halls known as Christopher Court, students have the opportunity to live just 10 minutes away. What is unique about these student halls is that they also include a studio space for residents to use.
- RBC enjoys Gold TEF status, ensuring applicants that teaching standards are of the highest quality here.
CONS
- Students report that not all courses follow a curriculum, which has the consequence of allowing teachers to improvise the content of their classes. This can leave some people with the sense that there is a lack of academic direction.
- An important factor for many applicants is that the cost of living in London can be a challenge, especially if your intention is to rent private accommodation.
