Course Description

This programme is aimed at postgraduate healthcare professionals and graduate management colleagues who wish to develop greater expertise in quality and patient safety improvement with a strong emphasis on application in practice.

Our programme content and delivery is from nationally-recognised experts drawn from patient safety, improvement science and human factors. There is an interdisciplinary focus on the course and we work in partnership with leading academics in the field and NHS partners.
