This course offers a blend of practical, personal development and critical analysis of emerging HR trends and issues that organisations face. There is a focus on strategic thinking and understanding business challenges to prepare you for your future career in people management and organisational engagement. It is relevant to HR practitioners in the public, private, not-for-profit sectors, and international HRM. On this course you will develop knowledge and practical skills across a broad range of topics leading to Associate Membership of the CIPD. After graduating, with relevant work experience you can apply to upgrade your membership to Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow.
