Course Description

The overall aim of the programme is to educate the future leaders in the international leather industry. The course covers aspects of the leather supply chain from raw material to end use with leather manufacture as the central theme.

What You Will Learn

Programme content: As a student of Leather Technology, CertHE you will study the following course modules.

Stage 1

The course is assessed in a number of ways: • Practical reports • Assignments • Presentations • Reflective portfolios • Examinations The student is conferred one of the following awards, Technologist Award, Technician Award or Pass Award, upon completion of the Leathersellers’ Certificate.
