Course Description
Address the ecological and social crises of the 21st century: sustainability and the climate crisis, the way human behaviour affects our environment, and the pressures we face managing scarce resources. Gain the practical skills to make a change.
Overview
Engage with environmental issues from a range of perspectives, drawing on subjects as varied as geography, ecology, anthropology, politics, economics, philosophy, law, history, literature and the creative arts. You will develop practical skills in geographic information systems (GIS) and biodiversity monitoring. The programme will be of particular interest if you have studied geography, environmental studies or biology.

You can even choose modules that prepare you for a career in pursuing community-based conservation projects. London costs approx 34% more than average, mainly due to rent being 67% higher than average of other cities. For students staying in student halls, costs of water, gas, electricity, wifi are generally included in the rental. Students in smaller cities where accommodation is in walking/biking distance transport costs tend to be significantly smaller.
