Designed for TESOL professionals, this programme will deepen your understanding of the foundations of TESOL while advancing your knowledge of key areas.

The MEd in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages follows the same syllabus as the MA Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages programme but asks you to apply a practical, rather than theoretical, orientation to your final critical study.

Led by academics who are experts in this field of study, you will focus upon a professional issue within language education and apply ideas from your reading and a small-scale research study to find solutions to genuine English Language teaching problems.
