  • Students at this medical school have the opportunity to participate in important medical research in the fight against infectious diseases such as malaria and tuberculosis.
  • The schools offers an employment initiative that they call the Guaranteed Interview Scheme, providing a higher probability of postgraduate employment in the medical disciplines even for those learners who don’t earn the best overall grades.
  • More than 40 sports clubs and societies to join, which is not typical in medical schools. This gives the hard -working students here a way to relax on campus in their free time.

CONS

  • In the case of Brighton campus, the building is located within the city itself, offering social opportunities and activities for those who live there. However, students who choose to study at the Sussex location should be aware that Sussex Medical School is not centrally located, taking just over half an hour to get to the city centre via public transport.
