Population growth, both globally and within the UK, will continue to put pressure on all elements of the agri-food supply chain. A fully coordinated approach directed towards food safety, security, quality and sustainability is needed. Applicants should have a 2:1 or a 2:2 honours degree with significant industry experience (two to three years) in any of the following: Food Science; Biochemistry; Nutrition; Biology (with a strong Biochemistry component).
International: Students from countries outside the UK are expected to have entry qualifications roughly equivalent to UK A Level for undergraduate study and British Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) for postgraduate study. About University of Chester
The University of Chester, as the name suggests, is a university located in Chester. The university is formally affiliated with the Christian faith, but they make it clear in their mission statement that students of all faiths or no faith at all are welcome at their university. Chester operates from a total of six campuses, five of which are in Chester, the other in Warrington, with the main campus building being known as Parkgate Road Campus.
