Course Description

You will gain insights into how the construction sector operates in the developed and developing world, and learn how to run a construction company and manage projects, reinforced by site visits and industry speakers. Study topics such as the business of construction, new technology, international construction, and contract law.

This programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).[1]

Get advice on which foundation courses are best for you to still study Construction Management, MSc, if you do not meet the minimum requirements in terms of UCAS score, A levels, or English language requirements.

IELTS: 6.5 overall with no element less than 5.5 (or equivalent). Entry requirements: Normally a good undergraduate honours degree (good second class or above) or equivalent from a university outside the UK. For students staying in student halls, costs of water, gas, electricity, wifi are generally included in the rental. Students in smaller cities where accommodation is in walking/biking distance transport costs tend to be significantly smaller.
