Rankings of Columbia University in New York

Columbia University, often simply shortened to Columbia, is a privately run Ivy League research university located in New York City. The university has a significant history of technological breakthroughs, ranging from brain-computer interfaces to the development and testing of nuclear weapons. Most of Columbia’s undergraduate and graduate programs take place in a west side neighbourhood known as Morningside Heights, where Columbia owns more than 7,800 apartments. There is also a tunnel system which is more than 100 years old, which allows students to move between classes quickly.
