Advertising The advertising industry is one of the fastest changing areas of business and marketing. Our degree offers you a great opportunity to understand and be involved in this dynamic sector. The growth of digital media has created a huge range of communication channels, and has made advertising a challenging and fascinating industry that plays an increasingly important role in the global economy. Our course is business focused, and designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to work effectively in advertising and marketing. You will learn how to combine creativity and business strategy, how advertising messages communicate and persuade, and how to produce convincing presentations. International Relations Taught by experts in a stimulating and inclusive environment, you will gain a historical under-standing of the development of nation states and its contemporary relevance. Examine what obligations states might have in today’s international society and explore the links between identity, conflict and models of governance to deal with the challenges of the 21st century. We place a strong emphasis on transferable skills with a focus on employability. You’ll gain skills in critical thought and analysis, team work, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Our graduates are now working in a variety of sectors including the civil service, international nongovernmental organisations, journalism, law, and teaching.

London costs approx 34% more than average, mainly due to rent being 67% higher than average of other cities. For students staying in student halls, costs of water, gas, electricity, wifi are generally included in the rental. Students in smaller cities where accommodation is in walking/biking distance transport costs tend to be significantly smaller.

About Canterbury Christ Church University

Founded in 1962, Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) has two campuses for Undergraduates, with one being located in the urban setting of the town of Canterbury, Kent and the other in Medway.
